Fees and memberships when booking launches
When we start booking rides, deliveries and help on our own accounts, you will pay the provider's price plus a small fee from us. You hear the full price before you say YES, and nothing is charged without it.
These are proposed prices, not today's. Booking is coming soon and is not live yet. Until it launches, our current plans and prices stay exactly as they are on the pricing section of our homepage. We will tell members before anything changes.

The price you hear before you say YES includes everything below. No per-minute fees and no no-show fees from us.

A flat monthly fee, with no minimum term. These would replace today’s $39, $79 and $149 plans once booking launches.

How paying would work
Simple, and you approve every order
Card on file
Kept by a secure card processor, never by us. A family member can be the one who pays.
A hold, then the real price
After your YES, the card is held for the estimate plus a small buffer. You are charged the actual price plus our fee, and the rest of the hold is released.
A receipt every time
By text or email, and in your portal.
You could also keep a small prepaid balance that orders come out of. Spending limits and family approval for larger orders are part of the plan too.
